I work in an unobtrusive way, capturing your day as it naturally unfolds. I love all the little moments that make your wedding yours — your lovely nan holding your hand, your uncle throwing shapes on the dance floor, quiet moments while you’re getting ready, and all the beautiful details you’ve spent so much time choosing.

I want your photographs to take you right back to how your day felt. The people, the laughter, the emotion, the atmosphere and all those moments you might not have even seen happening. So when you look through your photographs years from now, you can relive it all over again.

My journey into photography began at university, where I studied Fashion Photography and Styling. That background continues to influence the way I work today, giving me an eye for composition, movement and detail, while bringing a subtle editorial influence to the stories I document.

I’ve been working as a photographer since leaving university, photographing everything from fashion and schools to events and weddings. Those years of experience have taught me how to work with all kinds of people and situations — and, most importantly, how to make people feel comfortable in front of the camera.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m at home in Sheffield with my fiancé, our dog and our two children. Life, family and all the wonderfully imperfect moments that come with them continually inspire the way I photograph people and their stories.
