August started off some stunning weddings for me and some amazing venues. First of the month was Natalie and Liam’s beautiful wedding day. The ceremony was held at Sheffield Town Hall and the reception was at Yellow Arch Studios in Sheffield. I have previously photographed weddings at Sheffield Town hall but this was the first time in the beautiful mirror room. How stunning! Also a first time was Yellow Arch studios which is such a cool alternative wedding venue when not hosting amazing gigs. Natalie and Liam had the best party after the reception. Let’s take a look…

Sheffield town hall wedding photographer | Reception at Mama Leonies Sheffield

Thinking back to this beautiful day back in June was just so good. I’ve known the groom for many years as he used to be my landlord when I first moved to Sheffield. We have always kept in touch so when he asked me to photograph his big day it was such an honour.

F & S got married at Sheffield Town hall with close friends and family.

I love intimate ceremonies like this and even more so when I was also invited for the lovely reception at Mama Leonie’s, Sheffield. Which is a wonderful Italian restaurant. Mama Leonie’s really did make the perfect setting for a gathering as lovely as this was. The food was beautiful I could literally hop in the car now and grab lunch.

Let me take you back to October 2023 where we were blessed with some beautiful warm weather. Back to Toby and Sanju’s beautiful intimate ceremony at Sheffield Town hall followed by drinks and The Leopold Hotel and on to the peaks for some portraits.

This was the smallest ceremony I have photographed with just two witnesses present. It was so lovely and I really hope to do more like this.

S6 wedding Photographer | Suzanne & Dean | Sheffield town hall & The Wisewood Inn

I was so happy when Suzanne and Dean booked me to be their wedding photographer back in August. I’m a Sheffield wedding photographer based in the S6 area. I was booked for the ceremony until late, my half day package.

The ceremony was held at Sheffield Town Hall. Suzanne and Dean arrived together which was so lovely. Beautiful ceremony.

The reception was held at The Wisewood Inn, 539 Loxley Road, Loxley, S6 6RR.

So local to me and in such a pretty place. It was perfect for Suzanne and Dean it was a very chilled but fun reception. Some emotional speeches. Beautiful food and drinks. It was such a hot bright sunny day.
